We are looking committed, enthusiastic, people to join our reservations project.

Responsibilities:

* Offer support through phone to customers who have questions, concerns about booking,

* Be the voice of the brand, help the customer on their hotel´s reservations and keep up a strong relationship between our clients and their customers.

* Respond to requests and calls from customers related to specific products.

* Identify and respond to customer?s needs based on designated procedures of account/client.

* Track call related information of each call received for auditing and reporting purposes.

* Provide support and assistance as needed

* Up-sell to customer upgrades as necessary.

* Offer and sell benefits to add to a client´s account.

Requirements:

High School Diploma - exclusive

Proficient in English & Portuguese both, written and oral level - exclusive

Familiarity with Windows
