We're looking for a French Service Desk for Tata Consultancy Services!
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
- Resolve IT Support Request and Issues
- Perform IT Troubleshooting and should be able to resolve IT related issues remotely
Skills and Experience Required:
- Advanced English level and advanced level of French
- Availability to Work night shift and weekend.
- Interest in computer systems, mobile devices, and other technological products.
