About The Team & Business Line

Working with our Overhead Team team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role

The receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the office.
- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously manages all incoming and outgoing telephone, fax, e-mail traffic and visitors;
- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assesses received calls/inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages;
- As needed performs other tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office and reception area;
- Actively listens and resolves complaints from internal and external costumers;
- Maintains a schedule for conference room reservations;
- Supports the office with various administrative tasks;
- Accurately completes Time Card on a daily basis;
- Meeting or exceeding internal and external quality standards for exceptional customer service;
- Any other duties which the organization may require as part of the business of Citco Uruguay.

About You
- Intermediate Vocational Education in administration or economics
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
- Service-minded attitude;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc);
- Team player with the ability to successfully work in a fast pace and demanding environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
