Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success professional to join our growing team. Empathy, understanding, industry knowledge, and urgency are all ways in which we serve our customers. Our Customer Success team helps to create loyal, satisfied Property Manager by actively partnering with them to build their businesses smarter and stronger through revenue management and systems integration.
This position will join a growing team of Customer Success Managers and reports to our Head of Customer Success.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate newly activated Managers? account during the onboarding stage
- Facilitate Orientation with newly activated managers
- Optimize the account through channel expansion and listing optimization to help increase revenue per property
- Measure the property performance through health score monitoring
- Respond to managers post-activation concerns
- Work with internal teams to resolve any tech related concerns
Experience & Skills
- Advanced or Native English language skills are required.
- 2-3 years prior experience in a customer facing role (support, success, sales)
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience in STR, Hospitality, or Customer Success
- Property Management or Hospitality background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
